and Club
Soon the bees will be re-emerging after winter. We offer a beekeeping experience every month until autumn. Here you will learn the basics of getting started in beekeeping and try a wide variety of practical hands on activities in a tranquil setting. We will be inspecting one of our hives together in small, friendly groups.
Beekeeping is a rewarding and inclusive activity, and we’re committed to making it accessible to everyone. We offer Taster Days, giving you a chance to experience the world of bees firsthand, and our classes are open to children, adults, and people of all abilities. Our unique educational hives provide a safe, interactive space for everyone to observe bees up close and to learn about their vital role in our environment.
With a strong focus on ethical and sustainable practices, we teach participants how to support bee colonies in ways that respect the bees’ natural behaviors and habitat needs. Following methods from the British Bee Keeping Association and organic approaches, our classes encourage a mindful connection to nature and inspire responsible beekeeping practices that contribute to local ecology.
