Working With Schools

Educational Programs for Schools

Our school programs are tailored to engage young learners in the fascinating world of entomology. Designed to align with the National Curriculum, our sessions bring hands-on learning to students, covering topics such as food systems, the importance of biodiversity, and the interdependent relationship between pollinators and plants. By exploring these concepts, children gain a deeper appreciation for the environment and a better understanding of its stewardship.

After school Clubs

Our outdoor, seasonally changing clubs build progressive knowledge and skills, keep children engaged throughout the year and provide a great buffer between school and returning home.  With activities like crafting, games, and nature-based projects we make learning about pollinators fun and meaningful. Children cultivate confidence, curiosity, team spirit and a sense of agency in caring for the environment around them.

We currently offer two clubs to Coleridge families: Little Bees is our club for Infants held in the East playground on Wednesdays.

Busy Bees is our club for Juniors, held in the West playground on Fridays.
